阅读文化视域下国外图书馆参与扶贫的服务策略研究

摘　　要：图书馆作为教育文化中心在构建与推广阅读文化过程中发挥了重要作用。利用案例解读与内容分析法解析国外学者关于图书馆文化扶贫的文献,明晰图书馆在文化扶贫项目中具有中心执行力的作用,并在一定程度上承担着改善服务能力、发展阅读文化、确保公平获取信息、协助社区建设与发展、推动当地文化传承的功能任务,这些举措对文化扶贫和乡村振兴等工作的推进和开展具有一定的启示借鉴作用。As an educational and cultural center,library plays an important role in the process of constructing and promoting reading culture.This paper analyzes the relevant research literature of foreign scholars on library culture poverty alleviation by case interpretation and content analysis..and finds that library has central executive effect on cultural poverty alleviation project.In certain degree,library undertakes the missions,sun as improving service ability,developing reading culture,ensuring fair access,assisting community construction and development,and promoting local cultural heritage.These measures have reference for pushing and carrying out cultural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
