摘 要:选用菜籽油、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯(Span 80)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-7)、正丁醇制备W/O型微乳液,并将其作为微反应器原位合成CaCO_(3)微纳米粒子。对CaCO_(3)粒子形貌的表征表明,随含水量增加,CaCO_(3)粒子由球形转变为梭形薄片状,CaCO_(3)粒子尺寸也可受含水量控制。通过四球摩擦磨损试验机评价CaCO_(3)微纳米流体的摩擦学性能,结果表明,该微乳液体系相较于基础油的摩擦因数降低了约55.74%,CaCO_(3)粒子使微乳液P_(B)值提高了约10.88%,摩擦面粗糙度降低了约16.01%。在摩擦过程中,胶团在表面活性剂的作用下平行吸附于摩擦面且易于剪切,实现优异的减摩效果;梭形薄片状的CaCO_(3)微纳米粒子可以抑制表面微凸体之间的直接接触,减少黏着磨损与磨粒磨损,从而发挥极压作用并显著改善表面质量。The W/O microemulsion was prepared using rapeseed oil,Span 80,TX-7 and butanol.CaCO_(3) micro-nano particles were in-situ synthesized by microemulsion as microreactor.The characterization of CaCO_(3) particles shows that the CaCO_(3) particles change from globular to fusiform with the increase of water content,and the size of CaCO_(3) particles can also be controlled by water content.The tribological behaviors of the CaCO_(3) micro-nanofluid were investigated by four-ball friction tester.The results show that the friction coefficient of the microemulsions is reduced by about 55.74% compared with the base oil,and the CaCO_(3) particles increase the maximum non seizure load of the micro-nanofluid by about 10.88% and reduces the roughness of the friction surface by about 16.01%.The laminar reversed micelle has small shear stress and is parallel adsorbed on the friction surface under the action of surfactant,so it has excellent antifriction effect in the process of friction.The fusiform lamelliform CaCO_(3) particles can isolate the direct contact between the asperities of the friction surface and reduce adhesive wear and abrasive wear.It can improve the surface quality of friction surface and the extreme pressure performance of the lubricant.
