摘 要:针对某航空用液压制动器低温环境下极易出现渗漏油的问题,设计低温筛选试验,研究密封件表面不同表征参数(表面轮廓算术平均偏差R_(a),轮廓最大峰值R_(p),表面轮廓最大高度R_(z))对低温密封特性的影响规律。结果表明:传统R_(a)指标约束下的密封表面不能完全满足液压制动器低温密封要求,而R_(z)和R_(p)指标能更好地表征和约束密封结构的表面加工质量,其中采用R_(z)指标约束下的密封表面能显著提升液压制动器的密封特性。根据试验统计结果,给出航空用液压制动器密封表面质量R_(z)≤1.0μm的设计参考值,并可应用于其他类似航空液压产品设计中。Aimed at the problem of leakage of an aviation hydraulic brake under low temperature environment,a low temperature screening test was designed to study the influence of sealing surface evaluation parameter(arithmetic mean deviation of surface profile R_(a),maximum peak value of contour R_(p) and maximum height of surface profile R_(z)) on the low temperature sealing performance.The results show that the sealing surface constrained by traditional R_(a) indicator cannot fully meet the sealing requirement of hydraulic brake under low temperature environment.R_(z) and R_(p) indexes can better characterize and constrain the surface processing quality of sealing structures,and the surface constrained by R_(z) indicator can significantly improve the sealing performance of hydraulic brake.According the statistical results of experiment,the design reference value of R_(z)≤1.0 μm for sealing surface of hydraulic brake is given,and this reference value can be applied to the design of other similar aviation hydraulic products.
