摘　　要：以海外华人武术社团为媒介,加强“一带一路”沿线国家武术文化交流与合作,旨在通过华人武术家讲述中国武术故事。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、个案研究法等研究方法,基于东南亚华人社会文化变迁视角下,梳理马来西亚槟城华人武术社团在不同历史年代的发展特征,探究其现状与困境,力求对海外华人武术社团发展提供启示。研究认为:以槟城华人武术总会为首的联盟武术社团组织凝聚当地华人参与武术传承的集体记忆,增进其中华文化认同。但目前面临缺乏专业管理人员、运行经费不足、运行模式脱离传统武术、社团历史传承脱节、未采取非物质文化传承与保护政策激励武术社团工作等困境。亟需中国政府立足顶层设计资助武术海外兵团,提振华人武术家精神,积极推动海外华人武术社团融入华人主流社会,以“侨”搭桥实现异域华族武术文化认同。Through overseas Chinese martial arts associations Act as a matchmaker, strengthen the cultural exchange and cooperation of Wushu among countries along the "the Belt and Road", it aims to tell stories of Chinese martial arts through Chinese martial artists. through the use of literature, expert interviews, case studies and other research methods, in view of the perspective of social and cultural changes of Southeast Asian Chinese, Sort out the development characteristics of Chinese martial arts associations in Penang, Malaysia in different historical years, Explore its current situation and predicament, strive to provide inspiration for the development of overseas Chinese martial arts associations. According to the research: The league martial arts association led by the Penang Chinese Martial Arts Federation has gathered the collective memory of local Chinese participating in the inheritance of martial arts, enhance their Chinese cultural identity, however, at present, it is faced with difficulties such as lack of professional managers, insufficient operating funds, operation mode divorced from traditional martial arts, historical inheritance of associations disconnected, and failure to adopt intangible cultural inheritance and protection policies to encourage the work of martial arts associations, urgently need the Chinese government to support overseas martial arts corps based on top-level design, boost the spirit of Chinese martial artists, actively promote overseas Chinese martial arts associations to integrate into the mainstream Chinese society, "Overseas Chinese" as a bridge to realize the cultural identity of foreign Chinese martial arts.
