安徽省经济高质量发展指标体系的研究

摘　　要：我国经济已步入新常态,社会主要矛盾发生新转变,经济高质量已经成为我国当前及未来一段时间经济工作的重点。对于拥有融入长三角经济区重要发展机遇的安徽省来说,至关重要。鉴于此,从创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展五个维度,构建了高质量经济发展的指标体系,运用因子分析法实证分析了2018年安徽省16地市的经济高质量发展状况,并在此基础上借助系统聚类法进行了分类分析。结果表明:安徽省经济高质量发展呈现出较大的地区差异,其中合肥的经济高质量发展水平最高;全省各市经济高质量发展状况可划分为4个类别,各类城市在不同的指标维度上表现出较为明显的特征。因此,应发挥合肥的引领作用,制定适合各区域高质量发展的政策。With China′s economy stepping into the new normal and the change of major social contradictions,high quality economic development has become the focus of work at present and in the future,which is also crucial for Anhui Province who has important development opportunities to integrate into the Yangtze River Delta.In view of this,this paper builds an index system of high quality development of economy from five dimensions,which are innovation development,coordinated development,green development,open development and sharing development.It uses factor analysis to empirically analyse the high quality economic development situation of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2018 and on this basis,the classification analysis is carried out by means of systematic clustering me-thod.The results show that the high quality economic development of Anhui Province shows great regional differences,among which Hefei has the highest level of high quality economic development.The high quality economic development of all cities in the province can be divided into four categories,and all kinds of cities show obvious characteristics in different index dimensions.Therefore,Hefei should play a leading role in formulating policies suitable for high-quality development in all regions.
