摘  要:针对目前有关旋流竖井涡室内水面线计算方法研究较少的现状,考虑旋流竖井内水流微元体的运动特性,基于水流运动的角动量守恒方程、连续性方程和能量方程,推导了计算切向进流旋流竖井涡室内最高水位及其位置的理论公式。采用某工程旋流竖井的物理模型试验与三维数值计算结果对该公式进行了验证,公式计算结果与试验值、数模值吻合良好,误差不超过5%。由该计算公式可知,旋流竖井涡室内旋转水流能到达的最高水位及其相对位置由进口断面的水深、流速、过水宽度与涡室半径之比、引渠底坡等参数确定,涡室最高水位与进口断面水流的动能成正比。推导的计算公式可用于预测切向进流旋流竖井内水面最高高度,为旋流竖井涡室高度设计提供快速水力计算方法。In view of the current situation that there is little research on the calculation method of water surface in cyclone shaft, the theoretical formulas for the maximum value on the water level and it′s location in the vortex chamber of the cyclone shaft with tangential intake are derived based on the angular momentum conservation equation, continuity equation and energy equation considering the movement characteristics of water flow micro-elements in vortex chamber. The formulas are validated by physical model test and three-dimensional numerical calculation results. The calculated results agree well with the test and simulation values with an error of less than 5%. The maximum value on the water level and it′s location in the vortex chamber are determined by the water depth, flow rate, ratio of the width of overflow to the radius of the vortex chamber and the bottom slope of the diversion channel. The maximum value on the water level of the vortex chamber is proportional to the kinetic energy of the inlet section. The calculation formulas derived in this paper can be used to predict the maximum value on the water level in the vortex chamber of the cyclone shaft with tangential intake, and provide a hydraulic calculation basis for the design of the vortex chamber height in the cyclone shaft.
