摘 要:用数值模拟对固定自耗电极充填法电渣熔铸过程中金属熔池间距进行了研究,发现工艺因素对固定自耗电极充填法熔铸过程中金属熔池间距有重要影响。电流密度与充填比越大,电极间距越小,则熔池间距越小。电流密度、充填比、电极间距的合理搭配才能使移动自耗电极熔化的金属熔体顺利地补充到固定自耗电极下的金属熔池内,确保铸件在稳定的电渣条件下凝固成型。熔池间距的数值计算结果可作为固定自耗电极充填法电渣熔铸复杂形状铸件时辅助工艺型腔设计的依据。The distance between metal melting pools in the process of electroslag casting with fixed consumable electrode filling was studied by numerical simulation. It is found that the technological factors have an important effect on the distance between molten pools in the process of fixed consumable electrode filling. The larger the current density and the filling ratio are,the smaller the electrode spacing is, the smaller the melting pool spacing is. The reasonable combination of current density,filling ratio and electrode spacing can make the molten metal melt which is melted by moving consumable electrode into the molten pool of metal under fixed electrode smoothly, and ensure the casting solidification and forming under stable electroslag condition. The results of numerical calculation of the distance between molten pools can be used as the basis for the design of auxiliary process cavity in the process of electroslag casting with complex shape by fixed consumable electrode filling method.
