摘  要:针对某型复杂曲面叶片的叶轮铸件,设计熔模铸造工艺。通过分段设计模型缩尺及设置反变形工艺补正,确保了型壳尺寸与工艺设计尺寸相匹配。采用顶注、内浇道分散引入方式实现平稳充型。采用工艺措施成功获得具有较高的内部质量、表面质量及尺寸精度等级的铸件。For a certain type of impeller casting with complex curved blades, an investment casting process was designed.By designing the scale of the model in sections and setting the correction of the anti-deformation process, it is ensured that the size of the mold shell matches the size of the process design. The top injection and inner runner dispersion introduction method were adopted to realize stable filling. Castings with high internal quality, surface quality and dimensional accuracy are successfully obtained by adopting the technology and measures.
