摘 要:采用两种不同加工工艺制备φ8 mm×1mm的小口径TA2管材,对比研究了两种加工工艺制备的TA2管材金相组织、室温拉伸性能、超声波探伤及其他工艺性能。结果表明,采用冷轧加工率90%,冷轧退火间的加工率在38%~40%轧制的TA2管材较冷轧加工率95%,冷轧退火间的加工率在45%~65%工艺轧制的TA2管材超声波探伤缺陷幅值波动更小,工艺性能更优,管材内外表面质量更好。因此,适当降低冷轧加工率,有利于得到性能优良的小口径TA2管材。Two different processing technologies were used to prepare φ8 mm ×1mm small diameter TA2 tubes. The microstructure, room temperature tensile properties, ultrasonic flaw detection and other process properties of TA2 tubes prepared by the two processes were compared and studied. The results show that compared with TA2 tubes of cold rolling processing rate 95% and cold rolling annealing room processing rate of 45%-65%, TA2 tubes rolled by the process of cold rolling processing rate 90% and cold rolling annealing room processing rate of 38%-40% have less fluctuation of ultrasonic flaw detection amplitude, better process performance and better internal and external surface quality. Consequently, properly reducing the cold rolling processing rate is conducive to obtain small diameter TA2 tube with better performance.
