摘 要:以某防洪调蓄湖项目为研究对象,针对项目设计部门所提出的设计目标,进行了引水工程引水规模的论证探讨。分析表明,该防洪调蓄湖换水周期应按30 d确定,引水泵站每天运行时间约2 h,以增强湖区的水体流动性。待远期一工段引水工程周边调蓄湖均建成后能有效改善整个片区的水质,并形成“调蓄低地+外排外江”的排涝总体格局,大大提高防洪治涝总体能力,构建起完善可靠的城市防洪治涝体系。Taking a project of flood control and lake storage as the research object, this paper discusses the scale of water diversion project according to the design goal put forward by the project design department. The analysis shows that the water exchange cycle of the flood control and storage lake should be determined as 30 days, and the operation time of the diversion pump station should be about 2 hours per day in order to enhance the water flow in the lake area. The water quality of the whole area can be effectively improved after the completion of the regulation and storage lakes around the water diversion project of the first section in the long term, and the overall pattern of“regulation and storage of lowlands+drainage of rivers”will be formed, which will greatly improve the overall capacity of flood control and waterlogging control, and build a sound and reliable urban flood control and waterlogging control system.
