李丽芸教授应用中医调治提高体外受精–胚胎移植成功率经验

摘　　要：体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF–ET)给不孕患者带来了希望,但其种植成功率只有50%,部分患者经过多个周期也无法成功,难以达到人们的期望。李丽芸教授应用中医调治提高IVF–ET成功率有丰富的临床经验,为IVF–ET种植失败的患者在再次促排卵前或冻融胚胎移植前索源求因寻找中医调治介入点,治以益肾填精法孕育胎元以获得优质胚胎,分阶段调养胞宫胞膜以提高子宫内膜容受性,移植后治以益肾健脾养血安胎法以维持妊娠;除口服中药外,并根据患者不同时期临床证候特点选择联合针灸、梅花针、药罐以及中药贴敷、保留灌肠和情志调节等中医特色疗法以提高IVF–ET的成功率。In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF–ET)has brought hope to infertile patients,but its implantation success rate is only about 50%.Some patients cannot succeed even after multiple cycles,and it is difficult to meet people’s expectations.Professor LI Li-yun has extensive clinical experience in improving the success rate of IVF-ET in the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment.And seeks out the source for the patients who failed IVF-ET implantation before ovulation induction or freeze-thaw embryo transfer.The treatment is to fertilize the fetus with the method of tonifying the kidney and filling the essence to obtain highquality embryos,and the uterine cell membrane is nursed in stages to improve the endometrial receptivity.After transplantation,the method of nourishing the kidney,strengthening the spleen,nourishing blood and anti-fetus is used to maintain pregnancy.In addition to oral TCM,the combination of acupuncture,plum-blossom needles,medicine pot,TCM application,retention enema and emotional adjustment are selected according to the clinical symptoms of patients at different periods to improve the success rate of IVF-ET.
