预警式分级评分管理在CCU急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察预警式分级评分管理应用于冠心病重症监护病房(CCU)急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心力衰竭患者护理中的效果。方法:回顾性分析郑州市金水区总医院2020年1月至2020年11月期间接受治疗的92例AMI合并心力衰竭患者资料,均入住CCU,依照入住时间分为对照组43例和观察组49例。对照组患者给予常规护理管理,观察组患者基于对照组基础给予预警式分级评分管理,比较两组患者住院时间(CCU住院时间、总住院时间)、护理不良事件发生率、护理人员护理质量、家属护理工作满意度。结果:观察组患者CCU住院时间、总住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理不良事件发生率4.08%,明显低于对照组20.93%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员预警评价、服务态度、应急处理、基础护理评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理规范性、护理专业性、护理及时性、护理亲和度的评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预警式分级评分管理应用于入住CCU的AMI合并心力衰竭患者护理中,可有效提升护理质量,减少护理不良事件发生风险,缩短住院时间,提高家属护理工作满意度。Objective To observe the effect of early-warning grading and scoring management in the care of patients with Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated with heart failure in the coronary care unit(CCU).Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 92 AMI patients with heart failure who received treatment in Jinshui District General Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to November 2020.All patients were admitted to CCU and divided into a control group with 43 cases and an observation group with 49 cases according to their admission time.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given early-warning grading grading management based on the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of length of stay(CCU length,total length of stay),incidence of adverse nursing events,nursing quality of nursing staff,and nursing job satisfaction of family members.Results The length of CCU stay and total length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 4.08%,significantly lower than 20.93%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of early warning evaluation,service attitude,emergency treatment and basic nursing of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing standardization,nursing professionalism,nursing timeliness and nursing affinity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early-warning grading and scoring management in the nursing of AMI patients with heart failure admitted to CCU can effectively improve the nursing quality,reduce the risk of adverse nursing events,shorten the length of hospital stay,and impro
