4A沸石抑制小麦淀粉爆炸试验研究

摘  要:为了研究4A沸石对小麦淀粉爆炸的抑制作用,基于小麦淀粉的最佳爆炸浓度,采用封闭的Siwek 20-L球开展了小麦淀粉/4A沸石混合粉尘爆炸试验,分析了混合粉尘的最大爆炸压力和最大爆炸压力上升速率随4A沸石质量增加的变化规律。结果表明:4A沸石能够降低小麦淀粉的爆炸猛度,抑制爆炸火焰传播;在10 g的小麦淀粉中,添加4A沸石能够连续地降低小麦淀粉的最大爆炸压力上升速率,质量分数为9.09%时,4A沸石能够大幅度地降低小麦淀粉的最大爆炸压力;添加9.09%及以上的4A沸石可使10 g的小麦淀粉不发生粉尘爆炸;4A沸石是一种物理化学混合型粉体抑爆剂,主要通过冷却、稀释、吸收自由基等作用减弱小麦淀粉的爆炸威力。In order to study suppression effect of 4A zeolite on dust explosion of wheat starch, based on the optimum mass concentration of wheat starch, experiments of mixed dust explosion of wheat starch/4A zeolite were conducted by using closed Siwek 20-L sphere, and the variation law of pmaxand(dp/dt)maxof mixed dust with the increase of the mass of 4A zeolite was analyzed. The experimental results show that 4A zeolite can reduce the explosion intensity of wheat starch and inhibit the propagation of explosion flame. In 10 g of wheat starch, the addition of4A zeolite can continuously reduce(dp/dt)maxof wheat starch,and when its mass fraction is over 9.09%, it can greatly reduce pmaxof wheat starch and mixed dust cannot explode. 4A zeolite can weaken dust explosion of wheat starch, and inhibit the propagation of explosion flame through physical and chemical suppression effect, including heat absorption, dilution and free radical adsorption.
