摘　　要：记笔记是交替传译译员必须掌握的基本技能之一。在进行交替传译的过程中,记笔记不但可以有效地减轻译员短时记忆的负担,还可以避免漏译,在交替传译中发挥着重要作用。鉴于医学英语交替传译具有传译内容专业性强的特点,记好笔记显得尤为重要。交替传译中的笔记自然是有一套几乎通用的符号系统以及笔记原则和笔记方法,但是不同领域的交替传译中译员所记的笔记受传译内容的影响是相当大的。医学英语交替传译的笔记正是具有这样的独特性,不仅是由于其专业性强,更是因为医学英语本身具有关于词汇和句式结构等的独特性。文章通过分析医学英语交替传译笔记难点,提出相应的策略,旨在为译员提供参考和借鉴,以期引发关于专门用途英语的交替传译笔记的深入探讨。Note-taking is one of the basic skills that consecutive interpreters should master.In the process of consecutive interpretating,note-taking can not only effectively reduce the burden of short-term memory of the interpreter,but also avoid missing translation,which plays an important role in consecutive interpretating.In view of the professional characteristics of medical English consecutive interpreting,it is particularly important to take effective notes.Generally speaking,there are almost universal symbol systems,principles and methods of note-taking in consecutive interpretating,but note-taking in different areas of consecutive interpretating is largely affected by the content.The notes of medical English consecutive interpretating have such uniqueness,not only because of its strong professionalism,but also because of the uniqueness of medical English in terms of vocabulary and sentence structure.The difficulties in note-taking in medical English consecutive interpretating were analyzed,and corresponding strategies were put forward in this paper,aiming to provide reference for interpreters and trigger in-depth discussions on note-taking in ESP consecutive interpreting.
