摘 要:通过熔融共混法制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/羟基化多壁碳纳米管(ABS/MWCNT-OH)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/石墨烯(ABS/GE)复合材料,测试了力学性能和动态力学性能,利用热重法研究了复合材料的热降解行为,并采用Kissinger法计算了热降解动力学参数。实验结果表明:MWCNT-OH对ABS的增强增韧作用优于GE;MWCNT-OH质量分数为1.0%时,ABS复合材料低温时的储能模量和损耗模量较纯ABS显著提高;ABS/MWCNT-OH和ABS/GE复合材料在氮气中的最大热失重速率温度分别提高了9.4℃和4.6℃热稳定性提高。复合材料的降解活化能值随MWCNT-OH和GE含量增加均呈先增大后减小,分别在1.0%和0.5%时达到最大,比ABS提高了27.2 kJ·mol^(-1)和16.0 kJ·mol^(-1)。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer/hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(ABS/MWCNT-OH)and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer/graphene(ABS/GE)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were tested.The thermal degradation behavior of the composites was studied by thermogravimetric method.Kinetic parameters of thermal degradation were calculated by Kissinger method.The results show that MWCNT-OH has better strengthening and toughening effects on ABS than GE.When the content of MWCNT-OH is 1.0%,both the storage modulus and loss modulus of ABS composite at low temperature are significantly higher than those of pure ABS.The temperature of the maximum thermograin-loss rate of ABS/MWCNT-OH and ABS/GE composites in nitrogen increases by 9.4℃and 4.6℃,respectively,and the thermal stability is improved.The degradation activation energy of the composites increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of MWCNT-OH and GE contents,and reaches the maximum at 1.0%and 0.5%,which is 27.2 kJ·mol^(-1) and 16.0 kJ·mol^(-1),higher than that of ABS,respectively.
