摘 要:针对石墨材料在有氧环境中易发生氧化,利用水溶性甲基三乙氧基硅烷、冰醋酸、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和硼酸等制成水溶性树脂,并将其用于对石墨材料的处理:采用抽真空和加压浸渍,对浸渍后样品进行热处理,对热处理后的样品进行抗氧化实验评价。实验结果表明,经过水溶性树脂处理后的石墨材料,其抗氧化性能得到明显改善,石墨材料的氧化温度从500℃提升至600℃,1100℃时氧化失重率较空白样品明显降低。抗氧化剂的存在能够有效阻止氧气与石墨的活性位点或缺陷位的接触,降低氧气在石墨基体表面及孔隙内部的扩散,极大地降低了石墨材料的氧化损耗。In view of the oxidation of graphite material in the aerobic environmen,hydrosoluble colophony was made by water-soluble methyl triethoxysilane,acetic acid,γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and boric acid,which is used to treat graphite electrode by vacuumizing and pressure impregnation,and the oxidation resistance of the samples after heat treatment was evaluated.It shows that the oxidation resistance of the graphite electrode is significantly improved after the treatment of water-soluble resin.The oxidation temperature of the graphite material increases from 500℃ to 600℃,and the weight loss rate is obvious lower than that of the blank sample at 1100℃.The existence of protective layer can effectively prevent the interaction between oxygen and the active site or defect of graphite,and reduce the diffusion of gas on the graphite surface and inside the pores,as well as greatly reduce the oxida-tion loss of graphite material.
