摘 要:对日本沥青焦、韩国沥青焦、国产沥青焦进行基本性能对比分析,再用此3种沥青焦制备等静压石墨样品,并通过各个工艺阶段合格率和焙烧石墨化后产品性能的对比,筛选出适合生产用的国产沥青焦,并批量生产进行验证。利用二次焦粉的处理,提高了日本沥青焦制备的样品的合格率和基本性能。The basic properties of Japanese pitch coke,Korean pitch coke and domestic pitch coke were compared and analyzed.The three pitch cokes were used to prepare isostatic graphite samples,and the qualification rate in each process stage and the product performance after baking graphitization were compared.The domestic pitch coke suitable for production was screened out and verified by mass production.With the treatment of secondary coke powder,both the pass rate and basic properties of the samples prepared from Japanese pitch coke were improved.
