摘 要:针对传统固定巡检周期无法依据微气象变化进行动态调整的问题,提出一种兼顾微气象预警的输电线路人机巡检计划优化方法。首先,将线路故障归结为老化失效、运行工况、微气象的共同作用,利用比例风险模型抽离微气象影响,基于风险评估理论制定线路基础巡检周期;然后,通过微气象预警与故障事件的关联规则计算附加故障概率,定义巡检密度系数判断是否提前巡检和计算预警日前累积故障隐患来判断是否额外巡检,以实现线路巡检的动态调整;其次,基于微气象预警的动态周期建立计及可靠性与经济性的巡检计划优化模型,定义微地形匹配度对人、机巡检方式的分配进行惩罚以降低巡检工期;最后,以某地区实例验证上述方法有效性。Aimed at the problem that the traditional fixed inspection period cannot be dynamically adjusted according to micrometeorological changes,an optimization method of human-machine inspection plan for transmission lines with the consideration of micrometeorological warning was proposed. First,the line fault was attributed to the joint effect of aging failure,operating conditions and microweather. The proportional risk model was used to extract the influence of microweather,and the basic inspection period of the line was formulated based on the risk assessment theory. Then,the additional fault probability was calculated by the association rules for micrometeorological warning and fault events,the inspection density coefficient was defined to judge whether to conduct the inspection in advance,and the accumulated fault hidden danger before the warning day was calculated to judge whether to conduct an additional inspection,so as to realize the dynamic adjustment of line inspection. Afterwards,based on the dynamic period of micrometeorological warning,an optimization model of inspection plan was established with the consideration of reliability and economy.The micro-terrain matching degree was defined to punish the distribution of human and machine inspection methods to reduce the inspection period. Finally,an example was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
