摘  要:目的:了解疫情常态化管理下公立医院医生的工作乐趣现状,探究不同特征的临床医生在工作乐趣上是否存在差异。方法:采用编制的公立医院医生工作乐趣测量量表,通过线上网络推送与线下实地调查,收集了湖北、广西、广东、山西等地334名医生工作乐趣的相关数据。运用SPSS19.0对数据进行统计分析,以均值、标准差进行描述性统计分析,以t检验和方差分析进行工作乐趣差异性分析。结果:医生工作乐趣的平均得分为(3.75±0.62)分,工作乐趣介于一般和良好之间。4个维度得分最高的是胜任认同需求,其次是胜任感知需求,得分最低的是自主需求,其次是关系需求;在不同的医院等级、人事性质、平均月收入水平、每周工作时长、健康状况等方面医生工作乐趣存在显著差异。结论:提升医生工作乐趣需要从医生的关系需求和自主需求入手,满足不同类型医生的个性化需求,提升医生工作乐趣。Objective:To understand the current state of Joy in Work among doctors in public hospitals under the regular management of epidemics and to explore whether there are differences in the Joy in Work among clinicians with different characteristics.Methods:Using the developed Joy in Work measurement scale for doctors in public hospitals,data related to the Joy in Work of 334 doctors in Hubei,Guangxi,Guangdong,and Shanxi were collected through online web push and offline field survey.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0,with mean and standard deviation for descriptive statistical analysis,and t-test and ANOVA for analysis of variance in work enjoyment.Results:Doctors had an average score of 3.75±0.62 for work pleasure,with joy in work ranging between fair and good.The highest score of the four dimensions is the need for competency identification,followed by the need for perceived competence;the lowest score is the need for relationship,followed by the need for autonomy.There are significant differences in the Joy in Work of Doctors among different hospital grades,personnel nature,average monthly income level,weekly working hours,health status,and other aspects.Conclusion:Enhancing doctors’Joy in Work requires starting with their relational and autonomous needs,meeting the individual needs of different types of doctors,and enhancing their enjoyment of their work.
