摘 要:铁氧体永磁同步磁阻电机的转矩成分主要为磁阻转矩,其设计特点与钕铁硼永磁同步电机有较大差别。分析了永磁同步磁阻电机的数学模型和转矩脉动来源,并以此为理论依据,对极槽配合、转子磁障结构和等量铁氧体放置方案进行了选择和设计。对得到的转矩脉动较低的两个铁氧体放置方案,对比分析了其相关电磁性能,最终得到的转子结构可兼顾转矩脉动低、功率密度高等优点。The torque component of ferrite permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor is mainly reluctance torque,and its design characteristics are quite different from NdFeB permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper,the mathematical model and the cause of torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor are analyzed.Based on this theory,the pole slot combination,flux barrier structure of rotor and placement schemes of equal ferrite are selected and designed.The electromagnetic performances of two placement schemes of ferrite with low torque ripple are compared and analyzed.The final rotor structure can take into account the advantages of low torque ripple and high-power density.
