摘 要:深港电网建立互联已久,近年以深圳通过400 kV架空线路出口香港为主。《粤港澳大湾区规划纲要》要求进一步加深两地电网交融程度。本地电源有限、外电通道紧缺是困扰两地电网发展的共同问题。为此,以加强深港两地电网相互支援能力、保障深港电源供应安全为目的,解析了深圳、香港两地电力系统现阶段互联情况,两地500(400)kV系统互联的影响和意义,提出了以“集约高效、灵活可靠、互助互惠”为原则的互联对策及互联方案,实现了统筹区域电源、优化互联网架、提升输送能力的目标。The power grid of Shenzhen and Hong Kong has been interconnected for a long time.In recent years,Shenzhen exports electricity to Hong Kong via 400kV lines.The"Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Planning Outline"requires that the integration of the power grids of the two places should be further deepened.However,the limited local power generation capacity and the shortage of regional power channels are the common problems that plague the development of the power grids of the two places.To strengthen the mutual support capability of the power grids of Shenzhen and Hong Kong,and ensure power supply security in both cities,the current interconnection of power systems in Shenzhen and Hong Kong is analyzed,and the impact and significance of the interconnection of 500(400)kV systems in the two places are analyzed.Interconnection countermeasures and interconnection schemes based on the principle of"intensive and efficient,flexible and reliable,mutual assistance and reciprocity"are proposed,and the goals of coordinating regional power supply,optimizing Internet shelves,and improving transmission capacity are achieved.
