摘  要:针对一起变电站气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器(GIS)SF 6气体泄漏问题进行分析与处理。阐述了泄漏检测方式,对泄漏原因进行分析,研究了一种高分子多组分胶粘剂,其拉伸剪切强度的测定符合应用要求,并现场应用于GIS带电带压封堵处理。经验证,采用高分子多组分胶粘剂进行带电带压封堵处理,有效减少了因温室气体排放造成的环境污染和经济损失。对以后设备日常维护、泄漏处理等方面提出了预防性措施,为同类问题的处理提供参考。The gas leakage problem of SF6 gas insulated metal enclosed combination electrical appliance(GIS)in a substation is analyzed and treated.The leak detection method is explained and the cause of the leakage is analyzed.A high polymer multicomponent adhesive is studied.The determination of its tensile shear strength meets the application requirements,and it is applied in the field to the blocking treatment of GIS with live voltage.It has been verified that the use of polymer multi-component adhesive for live pressure sealing treatment can effectively reduce environmental pollution and economic losses caused by greenhouse gas emissions.Preventive measures are put forward for the daily maintenance of equipment and leakage treatment in the future,which provides reference for the treatment of similar problems.
