摘 要:为了研究电缆终端头扩径率对应力锥内部应力及电场分布的影响,采用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件建立了10 kV电缆终端头模型及应力锥材料的RVE模型,从宏观和细观两个角度分析了不同扩径率下应力锥所受应力和电场分布情况。结果表明,电缆终端头扩径对应力锥端部影响最大,扩径率越大,端部附近应力和电场集中越明显。在拉伸状态下,横向排列的炭黑颗粒间会产生“应力集中带”且出现明显的“分层”现象,拉伸程度过大会导致炭黑颗粒与基体界面出现脱粘损伤。扩径率的增大使得纵向排列的炭黑颗粒间距减小,彼此靠近的颗粒将连成导电通道,造成局部电场集中。In order to study the influence of the expansion rate of cable joint on the internal stress and electric field distribution of stress cone,the model of 10 kV cable joint and RVE of stress cone are established by using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software.The stress and electric field distribution of stress cone under different expansion rates are analyzed from macro and micro perspectives.The results show that the effects of the expansion in the cable joint is the greatest on the end of the stress cone.The greater the expanding ratio,the more obvious the stress and electric field concentration near the end.In the tensile state,"stress concentration zone"and obvious"delamination"will occur between carbon black particles arranged transversely,and excessive stretching will lead to debonding damage at the interface between carbon black particles and matrix.The increase of the expansion rate reduces the spacing between the longitudinally arranged carbon black particles,and the particles close to each other will form a conductive channel,resulting in local electric field concentration.
