基于南网智瞰的公共卫生事件防控“一张图”

摘　　要：在当前公共卫生事件的常态化防控下,电力生产作为保障国计民生的重要一环,对应需要制定相应的应急管理办法以及防控措施。通过采集政府发布的公共卫生事件高、中、低风险分区地理信息图内容,加入含有电力设备GIS相关信息的南网智瞰平台,实现在“一张图”上直观地看到公共卫生事件风险区内的电力设施设备及电网营业厅、重点保供电用户、施工项目信息等内容,进而根据政府公共卫生事件防控要求对保供电设备、运维人员、施工力量进行调整,以保障公共卫生事件防控分区内电力设施的安全稳定运行,提升在公共卫生事件影响下的应对能力。Under the normal prevention and control of current public health events,power production,as an important part of ensuring the national economy and the people's livelihood,should formulate corresponding emergency management measures and prevention and control measures.By collecting the geographic information map content of high,medium and low risk zones of public health events released by the government,join the Southern Power Grid smart view platform containing GIS related information of electric power equipment.On the"one map",it is possible to intuitively see the power facilities and equipment in the public health incident risk area,power grid business hall,key power supply users,construction project information,etc.,and then adjust the power supply equipment,operation and maintenance personnel,and construction forces according to the government's public health incident prevention and control requirements,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of power facilities in the public health incident prevention and control zone and improve the response ability under the influence of public health incidents.
