摘　　要：针对一起220 kV线路非全相运行导致断路器本体三相不一致保护动作跳闸事件,提出对RCS-923A断路器辅助保护装置三相不一致位置接点开入回路的改进方案。同时,为防止断路器本体三相不一致保护回路中时间继电器和出口继电器故障造成运行中的断路器跳闸,也一并改进了断路器本体三相不一致保护回路,确保设备安全稳定运行。Aiming at a trip event of the three-phase inconsistent protection action of the circuit breaker body caused by the non-full phase operation of the 220 kV line,an improvement scheme for the three-phase inconsistent position contact of the RCS-923A circuit breaker auxiliary protection device is proposed.At the same time,in order to prevent the time relay and outlet relay failure in the three-phase inconsistency protection circuit of the circuit breaker body from tripping the circuit breaker in operation,the three-phase inconsistent protection circuit of the circuit breaker body is also improved to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
