摘 要:现代电力系统容量大、结构错综复杂、运行方式灵活多变,主开关站高压线路的设备故障和非计划停电都会对其产生重大影响。以某发电厂为例,在主开关站配置失步解列装置,电力系统失步振荡时,做出相应的控制措施,使得系统与发电厂机组相对独立,达到主网和机组恢复稳定的目的。通过对比切除机组和切除线路的解列方式,采取双回线接入一套失步解列装置和切除失步线路的控制策略,可行并具有一定的优越性,对发电厂机组运行影响相对较小,为提升发电厂主开关站的稳定性提供了解决方案。Modern power systems have the characteristics of large capacity,complex structure and flexible operation mode.Faults in equipment and unplanned power outages on high voltage lines at main switch stations will have a significant impact on them.Taking a power plant as an example,configuring the out-of-step splitter in the main switch station.When the power system is out of synchronization and oscillation,corresponding control measures should be taken to make the system and power plant units relatively independent,so as to achieve the goal of restoring the stability of the main network and units.By comparing the ways of disassembling the resection unit and the resection line,the control strategy of double-circuit access to a set of out-of-step disassembly device and resection of out-of-step line is adopted.This method is feasible and has some advantages,which has relatively little influence on the operation of power plant units,and provides a solution to improve the stability of power plant main switch station.
