摘 要:大型科研机构对供电容量和质量都有较高要求。为了满足日渐发展的科研及办公的需要,新建了配电站智能电力监控系统。该系统具有强大的“三遥”功能,可对电力系统进行数据监测、采集和分析,可实现远程倒闸等操作。该系统大幅提升了配电管理水平,使操作更安全、准确、便捷,同时降低了值班电工的工作强度。通过本项目讲述了基于以太网和智能电表的智能电力监控系统的实现、控制结构及功能。Large scientific research institutions have high requirements for power supply capacity and quality.In order to meet the needs of increasingly developing scientific research and office work,the intelligent power monitoring system of distribution station is newly built.The system has powerful"three remote"functions,which can monitor,collect and analyze data of power system,and realize remote switching and other operations.The system greatly improves the power distribution management level,makes operation more safe,accurate and convenient,and reduces the work intensity of electricians on duty.Through this project,the realization,control structure and functions of the intelligent power monitoring system based on Ethernet and smart meters are introduced.
