摘 要:换流变是换流站中的重要设备,换流变冷却器起到散热、油循环作用。控制系统是换流变冷却器的核心,决定了冷却器的正常运转。以某特高压换流站高端换流变为例,详细介绍了其冷却器控制系统配置及控制逻辑,最后对运行过程中出现的故障进行总结分析,为解释冷却器运行行为、排除冷却器故障提供了理论依据与实际经验。Converter transformer is an important equipment in converter station,and its cooling system plays the role of heat dissipation and oil circulation.The control system is the core of converter transformer cooling system,which determines the normal operation of the cooling system.In this paper,taking the high-end converter of an UHV converter station as an example,the configuration and control logic of its cooler control system are introduced in detail.Finally,the faults occurred in the operation process are summarized and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis and practical experience for explaining the cooler operation behavior and eliminating the cooler faults.
