摘 要:为了提升汽车齿轮的质量和性能,研究提出一种基于等温退火工艺的汽车齿轮锻造方法,此方法可有效改善汽车齿轮的切削加工性能。为验证等温退火工艺对汽车齿轮锻坯性能的影响,选用8620H钢作为主要研究对象,利用中频感应加热设备在最短的时间内将下料后的棒料加热至奥氏体区范围内,为在该阶段使原材料带状组织可被充分打碎,需要使汽车齿轮锻坯通过一定的锻造比变形量,有利于实现晶粒度的可控性。在汽车齿轮的实际生产过程中,应充分结合不同的产品形状的设备能力,合理地调节锻造加热温度。In order to improve the quality and performance of automotive gear,a forging method of automotive gear based on isothermal annealing process was proposed in this study,which can effectively improve the machining performance of automotive gear.In order to verify the effect of isothermal annealing process on the properties of automotive gear forging billet,8620H steel was selected as the main research object.Medium frequency induction heating equipment is used to heat the bar material after blanking to the austenite area in the shortest time.In order to make the strip structure of raw material fully broken in this stage,it is necessary to make the forging blank of automobile gear pass a certain forging ratio deformation,which is conducive to the controllability of grain size.In the actual production process of automobile gear,the forging heating temperature should be adjusted reasonably according to the equipment capacity of different product shapes.
