摘 要:独立下沉式承台侧模是影响承台浇筑质量的重要因素。传统侧模采用水泥或黏土砌块材料,这些砌块材料施工工序复杂且模板整体性差,难以保证承台施工质量。采用水泥压力板替代砌块作为承台的新型模板,以该模板施工为对象,介绍了其施工特点,从施工流程出发,分析了施工过程中的重点操作,以及质量控制中各环节的控制措施;该模板不仅提高了施工质量和施工速度,也在文明施工环境保护中发挥了积极作用,具有一定的研究意义。The side formwork of the independent sinking cushion cap is an important factor affecting the pouring quality of the cushion cap.The traditional side formwork is made of cement or clay block materials,which is difficult to ensure the construction quality of the cushion cap due to the complex construction process and poor integrity of the formwork.Therefore,this paper uses cement pressure plate instead of block as the new formwork of cushion cap.Taking the construction of this formwork as the object,this paper describes its construction characteristics,and then,starting from the construction process,analyzes the key operations in the construction process,as well as the control measures in each link of the quality control.This formwork not only improves the construction quality and speed,but also plays a positive role in the protection of the civilized construction environment,which has certain research significance.
