消糖灵胶囊联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析消糖灵胶囊与利拉鲁肽联合应用于2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者的效果。方法纳入90例莱州市人民医院2020年1月—2022年6月收治的2型糖尿病伴肥胖患者,对照组45例予以利拉鲁肽治疗,研究组45例联合应用消糖灵胶囊和利拉鲁肽治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbAlc)、体质量、身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)及腰围均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、急性时相血清淀粉样蛋白A(acute phase serum amyloid protein A,ASAA)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、脂质过氧化氢(lipid hydrogen peroxide,LHP)低于对照组,总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)及临床疗效均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消糖灵胶囊与利拉鲁肽联合应用,能够有效降低患者血糖水平,减轻机体微炎症状和氧化应激损伤,对患者疗效提升具有显著意义。Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaotangling capsule combined with liraglutide in type 2 diabetes patients with obesity.Methods A total of 90 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with obesity admitted to Laizhou People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were included.45 cases in the control group were treated with liraglutide,and 45 cases in the study group were treated with Xiaotangling capsule and liraglutide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),body weight,body mass index(BMI)and waist circumference in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),acute phase serum amyloid protein A,interleukin-6(IL-6)after treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid hydrogen peroxide(LHP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and clinical efficacy were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaotangling capsule and liraglutide can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients,alleviate the body’s micro inflammatory symptoms and oxidative stress injury,and has significant significance for improving the efficacy of patients.
