摘 要:试验旨在研究甘草酸对黄羽肉仔鸡的抗炎能力。选取300只健康体重接近的1日龄黄羽肉仔鸡随机分为6个组,每组5个重复,分别为生理盐水组(空白对照)、脂多糖处理组(LPS组)、黄芪多糖+LPS组(APS+LPS)、高剂量甘草酸+LPS组(GA H+LPS)、中剂量GA+LPS组(GAM+LPS)和低剂量GA+LPS组(GAL+LPS)。APS+LPS组、GA H+LPS组、GAM+LPS组和GAL+LPS组于造模阶段及前后3d(即11~23d)分别饲喂添加APS400mg/kg体重、GA120mg/kg体重、GA100 mg/kg体重、GA80 mg/kg体重试验饲料,试验期49 d。每组分别于21、28、35、42、49日龄测定血清巨噬细胞吞噬能力和炎性细胞因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(INF-γ)指标。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,LPS组21、28、35、42、49日龄血清IL-1β、TNF-α、INF-γ含量均显著升高(P<0.05),而IL-4含量均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与LPS组比较,GAL+LPS组、GAM+LPS组、GA H+LPS组、APS+LPS组21、28、35、42、49日龄血清IL-1β、TNF-α、INF-γ含量均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IL-4含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明GA能有效缓解黄羽肉仔鸡对LPS刺激引起的炎性反应,从而发挥抗炎作用。The aim of the experiment was to study the anti-inflammatory effect of glycyrrhizic acid on yellow feather broilers.3001-day old yellow feather broilers with similar healt hy weig ht were rando mLy divided into 6 groups with 5 replicates in eac h group:normal saline group(blank control),lipopolysacc haride treatment group(LPS group),astragalus polysacc haride+LPS group(APS+LPS),hig h dose glycyrrhizic acid+LPS group(GA H+LPS),medium dose GA+LPS group(GAM+LPS)and low dose GA+LPS group(GAL+LPS).APS+LPS group,GA H+LPS group,GAM+LPS group and GAL+LPS group were fed with 400 mg/kg APS,120 mg/kg GA,100 mg/kg GA and 80 mg/kg GA test feed respectively at the modeling stage and 3 days before and after the modeling(11-23 days).Serum macrop hage p hagocytosis and inflammatory cytokine interleukin-1 were measured at 21,28,35,42 and 49 days of age in eac h groupβ(IL-1β),Interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interferonγ(INF-γ)Indicators.The results s howedt hat compared with the blank control group,the serum IL-1 of LPS group at 21,28,35,42 and 49 days oldβ,TNF-α,INF-γThe content of IL-4 was significantly increased(P<0.05),w hile the content of IL-4 was decreased(P<0.05);Compared with LPS group,serum IL-1 at 21,28,35,42 and 49 days of age in GAL+LPS group,GAM+LPS group,GA H+LPS group,APS+LPS groupβ,TNF-α,INF-γThe content of IL-4decreased with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the content of IL-4 increased with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).It indicated that GA could effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of yellow feather broilers to LPS stimulation,thus playing an anti-inflammatory role.
