摘 要:针对耐候钢桥所面临的腐蚀损伤及腐蚀疲劳性能耦合劣化问题,介绍了耐候钢桥基于理论模型与试验研究的耐腐蚀性能评价方法;总结了腐蚀疲劳耦合劣化机理、疲劳试验研究及其成果;研究了各国规范中适用于腐蚀环境的S~N曲线;分析了耐候钢的腐蚀疲劳寿命评价模型。结果表明:耐候钢耐腐蚀性能评价采用单一评价指标很难全面地表征腐蚀程度,应采用多指标联合评价,合理的焊材与母材匹配是提高耐候钢焊接结构耐腐蚀性能的关键;耐候钢腐蚀疲劳性能可通过风化后腐蚀疲劳试验进行测试,耐候钢焊接结构的腐蚀疲劳性能劣化较母材更加严重,是工程应用中关注的重点;现行规范对钢结构腐蚀疲劳性能的劣化效应多采用降低结构细节等级的方式,建议根据腐蚀环境、结构类别、试验方法等分门别类地制定腐蚀疲劳S~N曲线;免涂装耐候钢焊接节点的腐蚀疲劳寿命预测有待开发理论模型支撑。The study of this paper focuses on the corrosion deterioration and corrosion-fatigue coupling problems.An evaluation approach to corrosion resistance of weathering steel bridge that is developed based on the theoretical model and lab testing is proposed.The corrosion-fatigue coupling degradation mechanism,fatigue testing research and findings are summarized.The S-N curves applicable to corrosive environments given in specifications of different countries are compared.The corrosion-fatigue life evaluation model of the weathering steel is analyzed.The conclusions from these studies include:using a single evaluation index is difficult to comprehensively reflect the corrosion extent of the weathering steel,and it is necessary to employ a multi-index evaluation approach and make effective matching of welding and base materials,which is critical to the enhancement of the corrosion resistance of the welded weathering steel structure;the corrosion-fatigue performance of the weathering steel can be predicted via the after-weathering corrosion-fatigue tests,the degradation of the corrosion-fatigue performance of the welded weathering steel structure is more serious than that of the base material,which is a major concern in engineering application;the degradation effect of corrosion-fatigue performance of steel structure in the current specifications is evaluated by lowering the grade of structural details.It is recommended to formulate corrosion-fatigue S-N curves in accordance with different categorizations,such as corrosive environments,structural types and test methods.The corrosion-fatigue life evaluation of the welding joints of the coating-free weathering steel still relies on the development of theoretical models.
