摘 要:陕煤集团某矿4101工作面是首采工作面,未来瓦斯涌出量将达到48.35 m^(3)/t,但是由于种种原因导致抽采瓦斯浓度较低。为提高瓦斯抽采浓度,利用分源预测法计算4101工作面的瓦斯涌出量,进行了高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采优化设计,并观察工作面上隅角的瓦斯抽采情况和工作面瓦斯抽采率来评判瓦斯治理效果。结果表明,4101工作面煤壁瓦斯涌出量为7.2 m^(3)/min,采空区瓦斯涌出量为8.24 m^(3)/min;通过对4101工作面瓦斯的赋存情况分析和冒落带与裂隙带范围计算,确定了高位定向长钻孔的布置间距和角度;对4101工作面进行高位钻孔瓦斯抽采,观察发现上隅角瓦斯浓度较小,因此提出采用本煤层预抽、高位钻孔卸压抽采和上隅角瓦斯抽采的联合抽采方案;最后对瓦斯抽采基础条件、预抽煤层瓦斯效果进行评判,经过瓦斯抽采综合治理,4101工作面瓦斯抽采率为75.42%,确定符合相关抽采要求。A mine of Shaanxi Coal Group 4101 working face is the first mining face, the future gas gush will reach 48.35 m^(3)/t, but due to various reasons resulting in low extraction gas concentration.In order to improve the concentration of gas extraction, the gas gushing quantity of 4101 working face was calculated by using the multi-source prediction method, then the optimized design of high directional long drilling hole gas extraction was carried out, and the gas extraction situation in the corner of the working face and the gas extraction rate of the working face were observed to judge the gas management effect of the working face.The research shows that: 4101 working face coal wall gas gushing amount is 7.2 m^(3)/min, goaf gas gushing amount is 8.24 m^(3)/min;The disposing spacing and angle of the high level directional long drilling hole were determined by analyzing the gas occurrence situation of 4101 working face and calculating the range of fractured zone;The observation of high level drilling hole gas extraction on 4101 working face shows that the gas concentration in the upper corner is small, so we propose to adopt the joint extraction program of pre-pumping, high level drilling hole pressure relief extraction and upper corner gas extraction of this coal seam;Finally, the basic conditions of gas extraction and the effect of pre-pumping of coal seam gas were judged.After comprehensive management of gas extraction, the gas extraction rate of 4101 working face was 75.42%,which was determined to meet the relevant requirements for gas extraction.
