摘 要:如何科学的估算防风网对露天煤堆PM_(2.5)的减排量,对指导防风网的优化设计和减少露天煤堆PM_(2.5)排放量具有重要意义。以某供热公司露天储煤场的PM_(2.5)排放量计算为例,对现有露天煤堆风蚀扬尘的计算方法进行优化,提出一个新的估算方法。结合该煤场的实际条件,通过Fluent进行仿真模拟计算,得到料堆表面每一网格的摩擦风速值,通过EPA排放源强公式计算出设置防风网前后露天煤堆PM_(2.5)的月排放量。结果显示,当防风抑尘网的孔隙率为35%时,露天储煤场PM_(2.5)的排放量减少了94.31%,表明设置防尘网对PM_(2.5)减排效果显著。How to scientifically estimate the PM_(2.5)emission reduction of the windproof net on the open coal storage yard is of great significance to guide the optimal design of the windproof net and reduce the PM_(2.5)emission of the open coal storage yard.Taking the calculation of PM_(2.5)emissions from an open coal storage yard of a heating company as an example, the calculation method of wind erosion dust from existing open coal storage yard is optimized, and a new estimation method is proposed.Combining the actual conditions of this coal storage yard, through fluent simulation calculation is carried out to obtain the frictional wind speed value of each grid on the surface of the coal storage yard, and the monthly emissions of PM_(2.5)from the open coal storage yard before and after the installation of the windproof net are calculated through the EPA emission source strength formula.The results show that when the porosity of the windproof net is 35%,the PM_(2.5)emission of the open coal storage yard is reduced by 94.31%,indicating that the installation of the windproof net has a significant effect on the reduction of PM_(2.5).
