摘  要:下沟煤矿可采4号煤为特厚煤层,矿井资源濒临枯竭。其404采区于2012年回采结束,回采过程中留设3~4 m底煤,该部分煤炭资源储量巨大。为提高煤炭资源回收,延长矿井服务年限,提出回采采空区留设底煤计划,但采空区顶板垮落,其内气体含量可测,水文地质条件未知,垮落条件不清。通过对下沟煤矿404采区地质条件、下分层留巷应力分析、巷道掘进期间地质勘探技术应用、成巷效果几个方面的分析,与科研院所合作,设计出探巷(4402措施巷),措施巷的掘进为矿井后期实施采空区留设底煤再回收积累经验。The minable 4# coal in Xiagou Coal Mine is extra-thick coal seam, and the mine resources are on the verge of exhaustion.The mining of 404 mining area was completed in 2012,and 3~4 m floor coal was left in the mining process, which has huge reserves of coal resources.In order to improve the recovery of coal resources and extend the service life of the mine, the plan of reserving floor coal in the goaf was proposed, but the roof caving of the goaf, the gas content in it was measurable, the hydrogeological conditions were unknown, and the collapse conditions were unclear.Through the analysis of the geological conditions in the 404 mining area of Xiagou Coal Mine, the stress analysis of the lower layer retaining roadway, the application of geological exploration technology during the roadway excavation, and the roadway effect, cooperate with scientific research institutes, the exploration roadway(4402 measure roadway)was designed.
