摘 要:针对类孤岛工作面强矿压区域显现规律以及工作面支架适应性的不确定性问题,以黄陵二号煤矿209类孤岛工作面为研究背景,基于工作面矿压大数据实测,探究了黄陵二号煤矿209类孤岛工作面不同开采阶段周期来压步距、动载系数等矿压显现规律,分析了支架工作阻力、初撑力、安全阀开启率等支架运行特征与工况,并评价支架适应性。结果表明,监测期间强矿压区域周期来压步距平均27 m,动载系数平均1.10~1.21,工作面支架初撑力达标率平均69.92%,实际平均初撑力26.04 MPa,表明工作面支架初撑力整体状态较好,可实现对顶板的有效支护。支架工作阻力9 000 kN以上占比平均29.8%,10 000 k N以上占比平均8.1%,工作阻力频率分布不合理,支架长时间高负荷状态,影响支架使用寿命。支架安全阀循环开启率平均13.26%,工作面在强矿压区域时安全阀开启率偏高,支架富余系数低。In view of the uncertainty of the behavior law of the area with strong mine pressure in the island-like working face and the adaptability of the support in the working face, taking the 209 island-like working face of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as the background of the study, and analyze the law of mine pressure at the 209 island-like working face of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine based on the large data measurement of mine pressure at the working face, and explored the law of mine pressure such as periodic weighting step and dynamic load coefficient at different mining stages, and the support operating characteristics and working conditions such as support working resistance, initial bracing force and safety valve opening rate were analyzed to evaluate support adaptability.The result shows that: the average periodic weighting step of the strong mine pressure area during the monitoring period is 27 m, the average dynamic load coefficient is 1.10~1.21,the average rate of reaching the standard of initial bracing force at the working face is 69.92%,and the actual average initial bracing force is 26.04 MPa, which indicates that the overall condition of the initial bracing force at the working face is good and can achieve effective support for the roof.The average percentage of support working resistance above 9 000 kN is 29.8%,and the average percentage of support working resistance above 10 000 kN is 8.1%.The frequency distribution of working resistance is unreasonable, and the support is under high load for a long time, which affects the service life of the support.The average cycle opening rate of the support safety valve is 13.26%,and the opening rate of the safety valve is high when the working face is in the area of strong mine pressure, and the support surplus coefficient is low.
