摘 要:小煤柱留设的尺寸主要影响煤炭资源的回收率和相邻巷道的稳定性。为了确保在不增加巷道支护成本的同时,最大程度上减少煤柱宽度,以高河煤矿3号煤层为工程背景,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟和现场试验的方法,对该矿E2311工作面小煤柱留设的宽度进行研究。计算结果表明,相邻巷道变形量随煤柱宽度的增大而减小,小煤柱留设宽度在5~7 m时,小煤柱自身稳定,且相邻巷道的稳定性随着小煤柱宽度的增大而增大。现场试验表明,小煤柱留设宽度为6 m时,顶底板累计变形量157 mm,且顶底板移近量大于两帮移近量,围岩变形整体处于可控状态,满足安全高效生产需求。The size of small coal pillars retaining mainly affects the recovery rate of coal resources and the stability of adjacent roadways.In order to ensure the maximum reduction of coal pillar width without increasing the cost of roadway support, the width of small coal pillars retaining in E2311 working face of this mine was studied by using FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation and field test with No.3 coal seam of Gaohe Coal Mine as the engineering background.The calculation results show that: the deformation of the adjacent roadway of the roadway decreases with the increase of the width of the coal pillar, and the stability of the small coal pillar itself is stable when the width of the small coal pillar is retaining between 5 m and 7 m, and the stability of the adjacent roadway increases with the increase of the width of the small coal pillar.The field test shows that when the width of small coal pillar is 6 m, the accumulated deformation of roof and floor is 157 mm, and the displacement of roof and floor is larger than the displacement of two sides, and the overall deformation of surrounding rock is in a controllable state, which meets the demand of safe and efficient production.
