摘 要:瓦斯抽采钻孔施工过程中因煤岩体强度特性导致轨迹偏移,进而致使钻孔失效。为解决这一问题,以桑树坪煤矿的地质条件为背景,分析现有随钻测量仪的优劣势,联合贵州矿安能创科技有限公司共同研发KA-NC-1型智能瓦斯钻孔校检仪,并应用于桑树坪煤矿。应用结果表明,KANC-1型智能瓦斯钻孔校检仪测得的5个试验孔轨迹结果均正常,精度高,可靠性强。测得桑树坪煤矿钻孔施工过程钻轨平均偏移量较大,约为0.41 m,而终孔位置在偏移方向上有着明显规律性,终孔点位的偏移方向集中为左偏与上偏,该仪器能准确测定瓦斯抽采钻孔轨迹,加快瓦斯抽采效果达标进程。In the process of gas extraction drilling hole construction, the trajectory deviation is caused by the strength characteristics of coal and rock mass, which leads to the failure of drilling hole.In order to solve this problem, this paper takes the geological conditions of Sangshuping Coal Mine as the background, fully analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing measurement while drilling instrument, and jointly develops KA-NC-1 intelligent gas drilling hole calibrator with Guizhou Kuangan Nengchuang Technology Co.,Ltd.and applies it to Sangshuping Coal Mine.The application results show that the trajectory results of five test holes measured by KA-NC-1 intelligent gas drilling hole calibrator are normal, with high precision and reliability.It is measured that the average deviation of drilling trajectory during drilling hole construction in Sangshuping Coal Mine is large, about 0.41 m, while the final hole position has obvious regularity in the deviation direction, and the deviation direction of final hole points is concentrated in left deviation and up deviation.The research results accurately measured the drilling hole trajectory of gas extraction and accelerated the process of reaching the standard of gas extraction effect.
