摘　　要：班组是煤炭企业最基层的生产组织,也是企业各项工作的落脚点和具体实践者。对于煤炭企业来说,班组建设关系着安全生产责任的落实,关系着企业的服务形象和经济效益,关系着企业人力资源的开发与积累,是提高企业核心竞争力的重要环节。“没有一流班组,就办不成一流企业”。在新常态背景下,通过班组建设和管理研究活动等来发现问题、分析原因,不断探索加强班组建设的新方法、新模式,做好职工的思想工作,才能建设一支守纪律、讲安全、有理想、有技术的职工队伍。The team is the most basic production organization of coal enterprises, but also the foothold of the work of enterprises and specific practitioners.For coal enterprises, team construction is related to the implementation of safety production responsibility, related to the enterprise’s service image and economic benefits, related to the development and accumulation of human resources, is an important link to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.“No first-class team, no first-class enterprise”.Under the background of the new normal, through team building and management research activities to find problems, analyze reasons, constantly explore new methods and models to strengthen team building, and do a good job in ideological work of employees, so as to build a team of disciplined, safe, ideal and skilled workers.
