摘  要:针对风电场前期规划阶段对风能资源分布情况的需求,提出了一种适用于平坦地形风速图谱快速生成的方法。以山东省风电重点开发区域潍坊市、滨州市和东营市为研究区域,利用Global Wind Atlas(GWA)提供的矢量化年平均风速模拟数据和收集到的测风塔实测风速,建立线性模式输出统计(简称MOS)模型。采用最小二乘法、反距离权重(IDW)插值和普通克里金(Kriging)插值3种方法对研究区域100 m高度GWA风速图谱进行订正。结果表明:①3种订正方法中最小二乘法和普通Kriging插值订正效果较优;②与原GWA风速图谱相比,订正后的风速更接近实测风速,订正方法有效提高了风速图谱的整体精度。该方法实现便捷,可以较好的体现区域内风速的空间分布情况,适用于平坦地形风能资源的研究与评估,可为工程规划、设计提供参考。In order to meet the requirements of understanding the distribution of wind energy resource in the early stage of wind farm planning,a method for fast generation of wind speed atlas on flat terrain is proposed.Taking Weifang,Binzhou and Dongying,the key wind power development areas in Shandong Province,as the research areas,the linear mode output statistics(MOS)model is established by using the vectorized annual average wind speed simulation data provided by Global Wind Atlas(GWA)and the measured wind speed of wind tower.The least square method,inverse distance weight(IDW)interpolation and ordinary Kriging interpolation method are used to revise the GWA wind speed map of 100 m height in the study areas.The results show that:(a)among the three correction methods,the effect of least square method and ordinary Kriging interpolation method are better;and(b)compared with the original GWA wind speed atlas,the revised wind speed is closer to the measured wind speed,and the correction method effectively improves the overall accuracy of the wind speed atlas.The proposed wind speed atlas generation method is simple in calculation and convenient in implementation.It can better reflect the spatial distribution of wind speed in the region and is suitable for the research and evaluation of wind energy resources on flat terrain,which can provide reference for engineering planning and design.
