摘　　要：为了减少制造过程中滑移线缺陷,通过模拟分析选取合适的冲压角度,调整各项工艺参数,使分析结果在CAE模拟阶段满足外观件质量参数要求,并结合现场试模状态,验证理论分析数据的准确性。In order to reduce the slip line defects in the manufacturing process, the appropriate stamping angle was selected and the parameters were adjusted through the simulation analysis, so that the analysis results could meet the quality parameter requirements of the appearance parts in the CAE simulation stage, and the accuracy of the theoretical analysis data was verified by combining the tryout mode.
