摘　　要：针对某灯罩塑件设计了1副1模2腔两板模具,为保证型腔的充填效果,浇注系统使用冷热复合式流道,同时沿分型面周边尽可能多开设排气口,使用多个小型斜导柱驱动滑块抽芯机构对塑件实施侧抽芯脱模,能有效降低模具的加工难度和装配难度,减少模具制造成本。A family two-plate mould with two cavities was designed for a lamp housing plastic part.In order to ensure the filling effect of the cavity, the gating system used cold and hot composite runner, and at the same time, exhaust ports were set up as many as possible around the parting level. The side core pulling and demoulding of the plastic parts could be carried out by using a slider core pulling mechanism driven by multiple small inclined guide pillars, which could effectively reduce the difficulty of mould machining and assembly, and reduce the mould manufacturing cost.
