摘 要:针对现有曲拐锻造工艺的不足,提出了一种新的挤压成形工艺并设计了挤压模,并对挤压成形过程进行仿真模拟和挤压成形载荷计算,在此基础上进行了生产试验。结果表明:采用新的挤压成形工艺进行曲拐锻造制坯可行,计算的挤压载荷与试验接近,该挤压模可作为实际生产的参考。In view of the shortcomings of the existing crank forging process, a new extrusion forming process was proposed and the extrusion die was designed. The extrusion forming process was simulated and the extrusion forming load was calculated. The industrial production test was carried out on this basis. The results showed that the new extrusion forming process was feasible and the calculated extrusion load was close to the test, the extrusion die could be used as a reference for practical production.
