摘　　要：胀形模主要依靠芯轴推杆实现罐体成形,针对芯轴推杆车铣复合加工存在的问题,设计了专用分度研磨器辅助其在平面磨床上加工,并介绍了专用分度研磨器的结构和芯轴推杆的加工过程,加工的芯轴推杆满足设计要求。The bulging die mainly relied on the mandrel ejection pin to realize the forming of the tank. In view of the problems existing in the turning-milling complex machining of the mandrel ejection pin, a special protractor burnisher was designed to assist its machining on the surface grinding machine, and the structure of the special protractor burnisher and the machining process of the mandrel ejection pin were introduced, and the machining mandrel ejection pin met the design requirements.
