摘 要:以四台矿80207工作面为研究对象,针对80207工作面属于急倾斜厚煤层,且为短壁工作面,采用水平分段滑移支架采煤技术,并分析得到该工作面的最佳回采工艺参数为:割煤、放煤高度2、8 m,一刀一放,单轮顺序放煤,且巷道沿顶底板平行布置。经应用结果表明:采用水平分段滑移支架放顶煤法,80207工作面的顶煤回采率均在90%以上,且相比于水平分层法,不仅提升了工作面机械化,且人工的工效率增长大于600%。Taking the 80207 working face of Sitai Coal Mine as the research object, the 80207 working face belongs to the steeply inclined thick coal seam and is a short-wall working face. The mining process parameters are: cutting coal, coal caving height of 2m, 8m, one knife and one caving, single round of sequential coal caving, and the roadway is arranged in parallel along the roof and floor. The top coal recovery rate of the 80207 working face is above 90%, and compared with the horizontal stratification method, it not only improves the mechanization of the working face, but also increases the labor efficiency by more than 600%.
