四逆汤饼灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察四逆汤饼灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法 将60例符合纳入标准的脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组予四逆汤饼灸治疗,对照组予隔姜灸治疗,两组患者均每天治疗1次,每周治疗5 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。选择慢性疲劳综合征症状积分量表、疲劳评定量表(FAI)、疲劳量表-14(FS-14)(躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳)作为评价指标,分别于治疗前及治疗后进行量表评分,运用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计学分析,以评定治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者慢性疲劳综合征症状积分、FAI积分、FS-14积分、躯体疲劳积分及脑力疲劳积分变化差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后两组各观察指标均较同组治疗前降低(P均<0.01);治疗后治疗组各观察指标积分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 四逆汤饼灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sini decoction cake moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency. Methods Sixty patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Sini decoction cake moxibustion,and the control group was treated with ginger moxibustion. Both groups were treated once a day and 5 times a week.One day is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. The chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score scale(CFS),fatigue rating scale(FAI),fatigue scale-14(physical fatigue,mental fatigue)were selected as evaluation indicators. The scale scores before and after treatment were completed. SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the data statistical analysis to evaluate the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the changes in the chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score,fatigue rating scale score,fatigue scale-14 score,physical fatigue score and mental fatigue score between the two groups before treatment(P all>0.05). After treatment,the observation indexes of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment(P all<0.01). After treatment,the scores of all observation indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P all<0.05). Conclusion Sini decoction cake moxibustion has a good clinical effect in treating chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.
