摘 要:本研究以喀什地区某养殖场的120头新疆驴为研究对象,收集不同胎次的产奶量数据,利用Graphpad Prism 8.4软件对新疆驴16周的日产奶量的泌乳规律进行拟合分析。结果表明,第2、第3、第4胎次新疆驴产奶量变化规律均为在第5周至第15周产奶量随泌乳时间的增加缓慢曲折上升,第15周、第16周达到泌乳高峰,第16周过后产奶量快速下降,单日最高产奶量可达3.245 kg;六次多项式回归模型为第2、第3、第4胎次新疆驴产奶量的最佳拟合模型,拟合度分别为0.919、0.858、0.920。120 Xinjiang donkeys from a farm in Kashgar was taken as the research object in this project and milk production data of different parities were collected.Graphpad Prism 8.4 software was applied to analyze the lactation law of Xinjiang donkeys’daily milk production for 16 weeks.The results showed that the milk production of Xinjiang donkeys in the 2nd,3rd,and 4th parities changed in a slow and zigzag way from the 5th to 15th week with the increase of the lactation time,and reached the peak of lactation at the 15th and 16th week,and after the 16th week the milk production decreased rapidly.It was found that the highest milk production per day could reach 3.245 kg;the six-degree polynomial regression model was the best fitting model for the milk production of Xinjiang donkeys in the 2nd,3rd,and 4th parities,and the fitting degrees were 0.919,0.858 and 0.920,respectively.
