摘　　要：目的 探讨腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的术中干预及其对术后结局的影响。方法 收集2020年1月至2022年5月于河北北方学院附属第一医院接受腔内激光治疗的80例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,根据术中干预方式的不同将患者分为常规组(n=37,进行术中常规干预)和综合组(n=43,在常规组的基础上进行术中综合干预)。比较两组患者的手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、切口数量)、临床疗效、治疗后住院期间并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、切口数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合组患者的治疗总有效率高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后住院期间,综合组患者的并发症总发生率为14.0%(6/43),低于常规组患者的32.4%(12/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术中综合干预有利于提高腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the intraoperative intervention and its effect on the postoperative outcome of great saphenous varicose vein with endovenous laser. Method The clinical data of 80 patients from January 2020 to May 2022 with great saphenous varicose vein who received minimally invasive treatment with endovenous laser in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were collected, patients were divided into conventional group(n=37,routine intraoperative intervention) and comprehensive group(n=43, comprehensive intraoperative intervention based on conventional group) according to the different intraoperative intervention methods. The surgery-related indicators(operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and the number of incisions), clinical efficacy, and complications during hospitalization after treatment were also compared between the two groups. Result There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and the number of incisions between the two groups(P>0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During hospitalization after treatment, the incidence rate of complications in the comprehensive group was 14.0%(6/43), which was lower than 32.4%(12/37) in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is beneficial to take intraoperative comprehensive treatment, which could improve the curative effect of endovenous laser of great saphenous varicose vein,to reduce the incidence of complications.
