摘　　要：作为老年人日常就医频率最高的社区卫生服务中心,目前出现了诸多不适宜老年人就诊的问题,建筑设计适老化具有重大意义。文章通过对社区卫生服务中心现状问题以及空间构成进行分析,从优化选址提高步行可达性、适当增加老年就诊功能空间布局、优化医疗空间流线设计、适老化细节设计四个方面提出适老化社区卫生服务中心建筑设计策略。As the community health service center with the highest frequency of daily medical treatment for the elderly, there are many problems that are not suitable for the elderly to see a doctor, so the architectural design suitable for aging is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the current situation and space composition of the community health service center, this paper puts forward the architectural design strategy of the community health service center suitable for aging from four aspects: optimizing the site selection, improving the walking accessibility, appropriately increasing the spatial layout of the elderly treatment function,optimizing the streamline design of the medical space and the detailed design of the aging suitability.
